Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

When you submit our contact form we collect the details you provide — name, work email, company name, phone number and message — together with technical metadata (page URL, UTM campaign parameters and a timestamp with time zone) to help us respond and understand where enquiries come from.

If you use Finder, we process your business type, selected problem, process answers and any optional descriptions or clarification answers. These answers are sent to the configured AI-processing provider and stored in systems used to operate the audit. A workflow service may receive an audit identifier to report progress. Do not enter personal, confidential, medical or financial-account information. Contact details are not required to view the result.

2. How we use your data

We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry and arrange a strategy call. We do not sell your data or use it to train public AI models.

3. Finder processing and contact consent

Finder answers are processed when you submit them to receive the diagnosis described above. The contact-form checkbox applies to contact and booking details submitted through that form; it does not describe or initiate Finder answer processing.

4. Retention & deletion

Enquiry details and Finder answers are stored in systems used to manage enquiries and operate the audit. No single automated deletion period is stated here. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion.

5. Providers and operation

The site uses providers for data storage, email, scheduling, AI processing and workflow operation. Finder answers are sent to the configured AI provider and audit results are stored in the systems used to operate the assessment. Contact details are stored to manage enquiries and send related emails. To limit automated abuse, the system hashes an identifier derived from the request IP address and stores the hash for rate limiting.

6. Analytics and browser storage

When enabled in the operating environment, PostHog may collect page views, interactions and session recordings using browser cookies and local storage. Vercel Analytics may also collect usage measurements on the production deployment. The page URL determines the displayed language. Booking-management paths are excluded from session recording and related analytics events.
